Who is Coach Pradip and Why PRFitness?
Coach Pradip has served in the British Army working as Strength and Conditioning (S&C) Coach and Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor helping soldiers to stay fit and strong mentally and physically. He also provides injury rehabilitations programmes for injured personnel to recover from injury while preparing them to return to full fitness in order to perform their specific job role including sports they play.
Coach Pradip has worked with diverse population of soldiers, public services, athletes and general population helping them to stay fit and healthy.
Coach Pradip is passionate to help individuals not only those who are local in the community but also help anyone in the world with his unique experience, offering both online and face to face support who are looking for S&C training programmes, injury rehabilitation programmes and aspire to join British Army, any Public Services or just looking to maintain general fitness & health.
Coach Pradip is graduated in Strength and Conditioning, Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor and a PowerLifter.
